RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Hooked on Tillamook, we take great pride in the attention to detail we put into our products and packaging. Each item is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition, and our rigorous quality control means that damage during shipping is highly unlikely. However, if your product arrives damaged, please take pictures and video evidence and contact us at info@hookedontillamook.com within 48 hours of receiving your package, and we’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.
